Berkshire Palate's mission statement is simple. 

Food is important.  It sustains you, can delight you, or even entertain you.  It can help connect you to other people, places, or times. 

It shouldn't be an afterthought.  So we don't treat it that way.

We use the freshest ingredients (locally sourced when possible) and always work to create dishes that respect the ingredients as well as the patrons consuming them.
